Since March 2020, all services have been provided remotely. In February 2022, the physical office that had been located in Pasadena, California was officially closed down. Communication between the Office and clients predominantly occurs online, using email and over the phone. Special arrangements can be made for face-to-face meetings when necessary.
About the Firm
The staff of CHARLES L. HORTON, INC. have been providing income tax preparation, bookkeeping and tax authority communication services to individuals and small businesses since 1980. In addition, the firm provides fiduciary tax administration support to individual and corporate fiduciaries, bank trust departments, attorneys and other tax professionals.
